How do I book the Eledone Quartet?

 

If you are interested in booking the Eledone Quartet, please fill in the contact form below.

Please let us know: 

• The date of the event

• The time of the event

• The location of the event

• The duration you would like us to play for 

• Any specific requests or other information we might need

 

What is the hiring process?

 

Once we have confirmed our availability and the details of the event, we will invoice ​you and send you a contract to read through. Your booking will be confirmed once a 25% deposit has been received via bank transfer.

Full payment is due two weeks before the event - if cancellation takes place with less notice than this, we will not be able to refund you.

Please let us know any specific musical requests when booking, or a minimum of three weeks before the event: if we do not currently have the music for your request (see repertoire page for more info), we will charge you the cost of the music if we can find it. If you have a request for a classical piece which does not exist in a quartet format, we can create custom arrangements; this will incur an extra cost (which will be discussed with you, depending on the length and complexity of the request).

If you are hiring at the last minute, don't worry! Please get in touch to see if we are available. If you are booking less than 2 weeks in advance, we will ask for full payment upfront.

How much does it cost?

 

The cost of booking the quartet will depend on several factors, including the length of the set, time, and location. We may also charge you for our travel costs, depending on the location of the booking. Once you have submitted your enquiry, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible with a quote for the event, which we can then discuss with you.
